We have noticed that some of our emails are bouncing back, which indicates that the email address registered with us and BSNL Billing department is either inactive or not working. This could be due to a full inbox or some other issue. This is a serious problem for two reasons:

1. You will not receive your monthly bills via email.
2. All our services and support are based on your email address.

Dysfunctional email addresses can cause unnecessary problems for you in billing from BSNL and service from us, as all our communications are done automatically via email.

To resolve this issue, we recommend that you immediately check your email and ensure that it is active and working. If there is an issue with your bouncing email address, kindly create a new one and let us know so that we can serve you better.
